Mather Gather: Parisian Cafe Poetry

Join Mather in celebrating Black History Month at the DuSable Black History Museum and Education Center with a program inspired by James Baldwin and the café culture of Paris. Enjoy a guided tour of the museum’s new Paris in Black exhibit, followed by a poetry reading and discussion over coffee, tea, and pastries. Participants will then create their own poetry inspired by key themes from the session.
