Celebrate The DuSable’s 65th Anniversary

Join The DuSable in commemorating 65 years of preserving our shared history, inspiring generations, and serving as a vital center for education, scholarship, and community engagement since its founding in 1961.

During this evening of celebration, we will reflect on the legacy built over six and a half decades and look forward to a bold vision of the future.

This special event will also recognize two extraordinary honorees, Attorney Ben Crump and Clayco, for their leadership, advocacy, and commitment to advancing justice, expanding economic opportunity, and strengthening community.

“Will it be, as it should be, some act, some service or some deed that will ensure that you will be remembered on and into eternity for life’s game? I ask you. What will your legacy be?”
Dr. Margaret Taylor Burroughs
